About the Service
SDRS (Sekurzen DPDPA Readiness Service) is an educational Knowledge Hub that helps organizations understand their obligations under the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 (DPDP Act) through chapter guides, executive summaries, and compliance checklists.

Eligibility & Access
Requirements
- Be at least 18 years of age, or accessing the Hub on behalf of an organization.
- No account, registration, or sign-in is required to access the Knowledge Hub.
Availability
The Hub is provided on an as-available basis. Sekurzen may update, modify, or temporarily suspend access to the Hub or any of its content without prior notice.
Usage Policy
Permitted Use
Viewing and referencing Hub content for personal learning or internal business use in understanding DPDP Act obligations.
Prohibited Use
Reproducing, redistributing, or reselling Hub content, scraping the site, or misrepresenting Hub content as formal legal certification.
Disclaimer of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by Indian law, Sekurzen is not liable for losses arising from reliance on Hub content, regulatory penalties, or platform unavailability.
Intellectual Property
All Knowledge Hub content, chapter summaries, and design elements are the proprietary intellectual property of **Sekurzen Technologies Private Limited**.
Users are granted a limited license for personal or internal business reference use of Hub content. Redistribution or resale is strictly prohibited.
